Commercial Asset Manager

Rome or Milan
The client with around 300 employees in Europe is now looking for Asset Managers. They are focusing mainly in the development, financing and management of solar power projects. In Italy, they have more than 30 employees with ambitious growth plans of 2024 where they want to hire around 20 people.
Responsibilities
- Providing services for the management of commercial and financial assets • Managing relationships with institutional agencies such as GSE and E-distribution
- Securing, acquiring, and maintaining necessary insurance coverage, while liaising with insurers as needed
- Coordinating with Technical Asset Managers responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance services to optimise revenue generation
- Compiling monthly/quarterly management reports for the respective projects (unaudited)
- Forecasting and overseeing project cash flows, including the approval of project-related expenses
- Offering financial management services, which include the maintenance and improvement of the project's financial model
- Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of master data for a comprehensive view of all relevant contracts
Qualifications
- Possesses a degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
- Demonstrates expertise in Asset Management, including stakeholder engagement
- Ideally, has experience in the administration of solar parks or other renewable assets
- Proven track record of contract management and the ability to effectively interact with and oversee contractors
- Proficient in budget management, encompassing monitoring and reporting
- Proficiency in both Italian and English languages
- Self-driven and enthusiastic, excelling in remote management scenarios
- • Fluent in using the Microsoft Office suite
