Construction Manager
Construction Manager will be responsible for the Implementation of PV Projects in Germany. The projects have the size of 10 – 100 MW, first one (50MW) to be built in 2024/2025.
Responsibilities:
- To undertake or coordinate all necessary activities for the successful implementation of the projects
- To coordinate the technical elements with the local PV team and the Holding team
- To lead the Tendering Process and negotiate the agreements with the contractor
- To implement the projects reaching the quantitative and qualitative goals in the time framework established and with the expected return
- To manage all members of his team, setting goals and priorities
- Frequent visits to the site, including the coordination with the Site Manager, Supervisor(s) and Contractors.
- To communicate with other areas in the company.
- To report periodically to the Board in accordance with the Company Policy
- Application of the quality control procedures
Qualifications
- Technical degree
- Advanced knowledge of legal and administrative processes
- Experience in the tendering, negotiating and contracting; preferably
Also experience with FIDIC based contracts

Proven ability to lead, influence and motivate others.

5+ years of professional experience

3+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
