Our client, an innovative and rapidly growing industrial & utility-scale solar EPC, is seeking Construction Managers and Superintendents to manage the execution of large-scale solar projects. These roles will be fully site-based and responsible for overseeing the day-to-day construction operations, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery of utility-scale solar projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong track record of successfully managing site operations and leading construction teams on projects ranging from 20MW to 75MW, with plans to grow into larger projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and execution of construction tasks for solar projects, including managing labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including performing regular safety audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Lead and supervise site teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and other construction personnel.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior leadership on any issues or delays, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets the specified requirements and industry standards.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Superintendent on utility-scale solar projects, ideally with projects ranging from 20MW to 75MW.
• Strong understanding of the construction process for large-scale solar projects, including site preparation, electrical and mechanical installation, and system integration.
• Expertise in managing on-site operations and construction teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
