About the Company
A privately-owned company with strong local teams on the ground across Western and Eastern Europe: We are a large-scale developer with over 35 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. Specializing in solar PV, wind, hydro, and storage, we are currently developing a pipeline of over 15 GW(p). Our headquarters are based in major European cities.

PV Engineer (m/f/d), Renewable Energy
Our company boasts a significant development portfolio of utility-scale PV projects globally. We engage multiple services from various third parties, including local developers, technical consultants, and advisors.
The projects range in size from 10 MW up to 500 MW and span across several countries in Europe.

Your responsibilities:

  • Perform site-specific engineering analysis, including site-suitability assessments, closely aligned with the Head of PV Engineering.
  • Provide conceptual designs and preliminary yield assessments.
  • Create electrical single-line diagrams or connection diagrams for PV systems.
  • Prepare projects for execution design (outsourced) or for EPC tender and support technical coordination with experts.
  • Participate in the preparation and continuous update of criteria concerning technical and environmental aspects for the development, implementation, and operation of solar PV projects.
  • Coordinate with technical consultants on environmental and social aspects of projects, ensuring the highest international standards are applied.
  • Communicate with other functional areas of the company based on project needs.
  • Cooperate closely with the GIS department regarding land usage aspects.
  • Support the project leader in achieving the quantitative and qualitative project goals.

Our requirements:

  • At least 3 years of design or engineering experience related to ground-mounted PV energy.
  • Proficiency in PVSyst.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
  • Proficiency required in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Planner, and Excel) or similar.


  • Profound knowledge of the English language, both oral and written.
  • Team player: willing to share and collaborate with team members.
  • High level of self-management.
  • Willing to travel.
