Framework Assistant (Exec Assistant) 


 

Are you an organized and tech-savvy professional looking for an exciting opportunity to support a high-performing leadership team? 

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team supporting Control Period 7 (CP7) Wales & Western, Building's and Stations. You will be reporting into the Framework Director and supporting the Framework Leadership Team (FLT). 

  
 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate and align activities across all functions of the FLT for efficient operations. 

  • Provide crucial support to the FLT in the successful delivery of the CP7 framework 

  • Plan and document FLT meetings, track objectives, and actions. 

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications for framework newsletters. 

  • Maintain live projects list and organize annual FLT leadership tours. 

  • Maintain framework organogram and facilitate inductions and onboarding. 

  • Plan team building sessions, coaching and business events. 

  • Support adherence to framework governance and prepare periodic reports. 

  • Manage supplier relationships through a supply chain relationship plan 

  
 

Requirements: 

  • Highly organized and detail orientated 

  • Tech-savvy with high proficiency in modern technology systems 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Trustworthy with the ability to maintain confidentiality 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship- building ability 

  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn 

  • Highly professional and remains calm under pressure. 

  
 

Experience & Qualifications: 

  • Relevant experience in a similar EA role. 

  • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills. 

  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders 

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion 

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technology 

  • Full UK Driver's licence 

  • Relevant higher education qualification or equivalent experience. 

  • The Institute of Executive Assistants and Administrators (IEAA) Qualification is an advantage.
