Are you a senior engineering manager looking to take a step up in your career?

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Head of Engineering to lead our client's onshore wind engineering team in the Nordic Markets.

As Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of onshore wind engineering activities, from project design to construction supervision.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the technical integrity and cost-effectiveness of our client's projects, while also driving innovation and technological advancements in onshore wind engineering.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise for the onshore wind engineering team
  • Oversee the design and engineering of onshore wind projects from concept to completion
  • Ensure compliance with all technical and regulatory requirements
  • Manage project budgets and timelines
  • Collaborate with other departments, including project development, operations, and maintenance

Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in onshore wind engineering, with a proven track record of success in leading and managing engineering teams
  • Extensive knowledge of onshore wind turbine technology, design principles, and construction methods
  • Fluency in English, with fluent Swedish a bonus!
