Your Responsibilities
As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in leading the Sales department. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and Implementing Scalable Sales Strategies: You will be tasked with developing and executing sales strategies that are scalable and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of the market.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: You will lead discussions with potential clients, qualify leads, and nurture relationships to drive business growth.
- Market Expansion: Continuously explore and evaluate opportunities to expand our Clients presence in new markets, devising effective mechanisms to penetrate and establish footholds.
- Overseeing B2B Department: You will oversee the B2B department, ensuring that sales operations are streamlined and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of four sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to maximize their performance and achieve sales targets.
- 5+ years’ experience in business development / strategic sales
- Proven track record demonstrating your ability to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Experience in the field of photovoltaics is essential, enabling you to leverage industry knowledge and insights to drive sales success.
- Excellent Industry Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of photovoltaics, including industry trends, technological advancements, and commercial execution strategies.
- Possess strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and effective time management to efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Showcase a creative and client-centered approach to sales, focusing on building strong relationships and delivering value to customers.
- Fluent command of German (both written and spoken)
- Comprehensive command of English.
