Job Title: Junior Project Developer (Business Development) - Renewable Energy

About Us:

We are seeking a Junior Project Developer to join our expanding team in Germany. As a global leader in renewable energy projects, our company, founded in 2013, is at the forefront of developing large-scale solar and battery storage projects across various countries. With a focus on sustainability and collaboration, we entered the German market in 2023 and are now looking for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth of our activities in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate potential properties for acquisition by contacting property owners.
  • Initiate contract negotiations and act as the first point of contact for approval authorities, municipalities, and other project participants.
  • Develop acquired projects, monitor project progress, and coordinate project stakeholders, including planners.
  • Create network connection requests and liaise with network operators.
  • Over time, responsibilities may expand to include clarifying network connections and approval procedures, processing approval documents, and creating project documents.
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, renewable energies, real estate, architecture, landscape planning, landscape architecture, landscape ecology, agricultural sciences, or a comparable field.
  • Enthusiasm for renewable energies.
  • Fluent in German; good conversational level in English.
  • European driving license.
  • Previous experience in project development is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and effectively.

About the Role:
