Position: Payroll Administrator
Location: Antwerp, Belgium
Samuel Knight Energy are working with a well establish client Head Quartered in Germany who are now looking hire for their Benelux organization. They are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator for their HR Department in Antwerpen. In this position you report into the HR Manager Benelux.
Key Responsibilities:
- Being able to process the complete payroll administration;
- Updating the SD Worx payroll system;
- Overtime hours of service engineers: registration, monitoring, controlling and payroll adminstration
- Recording and following training and medical checks (with the prevention advisor); deliver certificates for the personnel employee files from field service and workshop engineers;
- Keeps the digital personnel files up-to-date;
- Handles the digital personnel records in the personnel administration system;
- Checking the holiday administration and registration. Making sure of an accurate and up to date holiday administration. Checking up on the employees if the holidays are processed in a correct manner;
- HR-tasks related to wellbeing of employees;
- Follow up of payroll and travel related insurances, namely hospitality and other benefit insurances, key-contact with insurers; Qualifications:
- Qualified payroll administrator with at least 5 years of experience with payroll administration;
- Have a financial background with knowledge of payroll administration;
- Assertive and motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team;
- Can work under time pressure and you have excellent financial skills
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written);
- Belgium Citizen with knowledge of the Belgium local Legislation
- Living in the Antwerpen region is a must with possession of your own transport.
Salary
- Gross month salary between 2700 and 4400 euro gross per month
