Responsibilities
 
  • Scout PPAs opportunities for the Peridot Solar project pipeline,
  • Work to exploit his/her corporates network and present PPA opportunities associated with the Peridot Solar pipeline to potential stakeholders,
  • Work on market analysis and represent Peridot Solar at sector events to enhance company reputation and to engage stakeholders proposing them corporate PPAs linked to Peridot Solar pipeline,
  • Originate, develop, negotiate and execute structured power energy transactions working closely with external advisors and other internal departments,
  • Coordinate work streams with other departments using internal financial models and taking ownership on assumptions; cooperate with the internal legal department with the definition of the agreements,
  • Manage the day-to-day administrative issues related to executed agreements,
  • Develop markets analysis for European market parity energy markets managing forecasting models, monitoring and evaluating changes in power market regulation,
  • Effectively and professionally manage relationships with external stakeholders, including strategic business partners, development or JV partners, local communities, advisors, etc.
  • Drive the advancement of each project opportunity by leading all necessary steps in the process (both internal and external),
  • Keep himself/herself fully informed on key market developments and industry news/events in order to quickly identify business opportunities.
 

Work Experience
 
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in energy sector,
  • Previous experience in the solar PV/renewables sector is a plus.


 Education and Training
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering / economics / finance / Law or other relevant,
  • Specialized master’s degree or additional training on renewables / solar PV as a plus.

  • Multidisciplinary background (technical, finance, accounting, commercial, legal…),
  • High predisposition to multi-task working and flexibility for dynamic needs,
  • Strong analytical and process management skills,
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work autonomously,
  • Self-driven and proactive attitude with initiative to take on challenges,
  • Excellent teamwork, communication and intercultural skills,
  • Structured, ordered and accurate working standards,
  • Excellent use of MS Office tools.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Any other language will be a plus.
