Location: Milan


You will be responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of photovoltaic projects, including:

- Identifying and evaluating potential PV sites.
- Negotiating lease, usage, permit, and urban development contracts with property owners and authorities.
- Managing the entire approval process, from preparing development plans and land use plan amendments to obtaining building permits.
- Preparing and independently presenting at municipal council meetings and other committees.
- Processing and preparing all approval and project documentation.
- Coordinating technical implementation planning.
- Selecting, commissioning, and coordinating service providers (e.g., planners, experts).
- Overseeing external area security and pre-development activities.
- Creating project plans and managing projects with a focus on schedule and cost control.
- Preparing all necessary documents for participation in tender procedures of the Federal Network Agency.
- Applying for and planning grid connections.

- Several years of professional experience in the project development of open-space PV systems, including acquisition, management, planning, approval, and implementation.
- A successfully completed degree in economics, engineering, planning, or geography.
- Basic technical and legal knowledge, with a passion for renewable energies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a confident demeanor when interacting with property owners, community representatives, authorities, and investors.
- Ability to adapt quickly and flexibly to changing challenges.
- Self-motivated, structured, and goal-oriented in project and task execution.
- Experience with planning grid connections and grid inquiries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the tendering procedures of the Federal Network Agency is a plus.
- Proficient in using MS Office and GIS.
- Fluent in Italian and very good in English.
- Class B driving license and willingness to travel regularly.
