Project Manager
Location : Berlin, Leipzig, Munich or fully remote in Germany depending on the candidate

Ensure projects are executed optimally to support the successful achievement of the business plan.
Responsibilities
-Collaborate in identifying suitable geographical locations for solar or wind farm construction to align with business plan objectives.
-Maintain project progress oversight, facilitate information exchange, and ensure goal attainment to support project monitoring. Cultivate a network of influential contacts with regular on-site presence.
-Lead projects from opportunity identification/confirmation to transfer to Construction and Asset Management teams, adhering to company processes and tools. Ensure on-time delivery and cost adherence from project inception through construction to operational launch. Manage technical and environmental studies, permit documentation, and specifications selection, overseeing tendering processes and quality assurance.
-Supervise and coordinate teams across project phases (engineering, construction, procurement, finance, M&A, energy assessment, environmental, legal) and external partners/providers to ensure seamless intervention coordination and quality contributions.
-Gain comprehensive understanding of competitors and major participants in the energy sector, propose strategies, identify purchase opportunities, anticipate market shifts, and mitigate risks to maintain competitive edge. Identify potential collaborations with promotion companies and key stakeholders.
-Contribute to defining and updating business plans and budgets for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and project costs. Advocate and support investments in designated areas to meet business unit objectives.
-Serve as Company representative to energy transport, distribution organizations, sector-related entities, and governmental bodies to safeguard strategic interests.
Qualification
-Preferred university degree in a technical field, though extensive development experience will also be considered.
-Experience in PV or wind development.
-Strong knowledge of electricity/renewable sector regulations will be highly advantageous.
-Fluent in spoken and written English and German
-Self-directed, adaptable, and versatile.
-Proactive with excellent prioritization skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and international environment.
-Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
