The Senior Technical Asset Manager will oversee the performance and optimization of the company's renewable energy assets. This role involves managing the technical aspects of asset management, ensuring maximum efficiency, reliability, and profitability of the assets. The individual will work closely with other departments to achieve the company's strategic goals.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy:
Develop and implement technical asset management strategies and policies.
Collaborate with senior management to align asset management activities with the company's overall objectives.
 
Performance Monitoring and Optimisation:
Monitor the performance of renewable energy assets, including wind, solar, and BESS.
Analyse performance data and implement measures to optimise asset efficiency and output.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure assets are operating at peak performance.
 
Maintenance and Reliability:
Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Ensure timely and effective maintenance activities to minimise downtime and extend asset life.
Coordinate with operations teams to address technical issues and implement solutions.
 
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with asset management.
Conduct technical audits and assessments to ensure asset integrity and safety.
 
Project Support:
Provide technical support during the development and commissioning of new projects.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless transition from construction to operation.
Evaluate and implement new technologies and innovations to enhance asset performance.
 
Reporting and Communication:
Prepare and present technical performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Communicate technical updates and issues to relevant teams and departments.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical asset management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy technologies and asset management practices.
Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Certification in asset management (e.g., IAM, CMRP) is preferred.
English is a must, German, Italian, Spanish or French nice to have.
 
Working Conditions:
This position may require travel to various project sites and country offices.
