We're looking for those who have worked on utility-scale Solar construction projects as Electrical Foreman who are looking for a step up in responsibility.This role would also be great for someone interested in a lateral move with a business who offer an extremely competitive base salary and package in comparison to the market average. The majority of our client's work is in the Southeast and Texas.
You will take on all technical and administrative management of these projects including contract administration, chnage orders, submittals, procurement, and scheduling.

Job scope and responsibilities
Project Initiation
- Review contract documents and assist in developing project startup plans
- Coordinate mobilization efforts and identify critical milestones
- Participate in construction schedule development and subcontractor orientations
- Facilitate Prolog setup and subcontractor/vendor selection process
- Develop submittal logs and establish fabrication/delivery schedules
- Conduct submittal reviews and monitor off-site material storage
- Coordinate owner-furnished materials and verify fabrication status
- Review coordination drawings to ensure seamless material flow
- Strategize with the Superintendent on construction activities
- Conduct pre-construction meetings with subcontractors
- Maintain activity logs and participate in schedule updates
- Perform quality control inspections and verify field installations
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and coordinate material storage
- Participate in daily meetings, site visits, and agency inspections
- Coordinate with user groups and facilitate team collaboration
- Expedite subcontractor/vendor agreements, insurance, and bonds
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and project status reports
- Maintain jobsite files, process progress photos, and generate correspondence
- Administer RFI process and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in managing check-hold lists and maintain Prolog database
- Process subcontractor/vendor pay requests and track owner payments
- Monitor subcontractor back charges and update labor cost reports
- Assist in tracking project costs and expenditures
- Create change requests and review scope changes
- Determine schedule impacts and issue owner notifications
- Expedite subcontractor/vendor pricing and prepare cost proposals
- Negotiate change order costs and facilitate the approval process
