As an Asset Manager in our Renewable Energy Division, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing critical operational aspects of our UK energy market operations, offering ample prospects for personal and professional growth within the specialized field of alternative asset management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure continuous compliance with technical and operational obligations, encompassing legal, warranty, business plans, environmental standards, health and safety protocols, and more.
- Provide ad-hoc project support and coordinate subcontractors as necessary.
- Maximize the availability of our entire portfolio, taking responsibility for Pre-Activation Checks (PAC), Initial Activation Checks (IAC), and Final Activation Checks (FAC) processes for storage, solar, and wind assets.
- Manage on-site operations and maintenance providers, maintaining service records, overseeing maintenance systems, addressing regulatory requirements (e.g., new services, emissions monitoring), and managing health and safety practices.
- Conduct reporting, analysis, and modeling of various assets, with a primary focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Actively participate in physical operations and provide technical support, including reporting on operations, site dispatch, ESS service performance, SCADA system utilization, and system performance analysis. Engage in site visits and collaborate with Technical Advisers.
- Collaborate closely with other Asset Managers to ensure optimal performance of all assets.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in the renewable energy sector or a related industry.
- Experience managing and optimizing renewable energy assets
- Willingness to be part of a leading BESS organization with ambitious expansion plans is highly valued.
- Ability to work from our London office 2-3 days a week
