Your Role:
As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing our international wind farm portfolio. You’ll ensure operational efficiency, optimise yields, and lead technical improvements while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. Key responsibilities include:

• Assuming technical ownership of assigned wind farms, including monitoring performance and yield analyses.

• Managing technical operators, maintenance providers, and defect resolution processes.

• Conducting site inspections, commissioning, and acceptance of wind turbines.

• Developing and implementing technical optimisation strategies.

• Collaborating with commercial managers, authorities, and service providers.

• Evaluating new projects to support investment decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Electrical/Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (equivalent vocational training in wind energy is also acceptable).

• Proven experience in plant construction, technical operations management, or wind farm project support.

• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel is essential).

• Fluency in English (French or additional languages are a plus).

• A proactive, structured, and team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and project oversight.
