Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Serve as the Engineering Manager, overseeing the project and maintaining direct communication with the Business Unit.
  • Design Oversight: Guide the engineering and design process through all stages, from pre-design to tendering, ensuring adherence to the client's technical standards and project-specific requirements.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong communication between local engineering, construction, and corporate teams to facilitate knowledge sharing, implement improvements, and adopt best practices.
  • Technical Guidance: Support the development of specifications for basic and executive projects, ensuring adherence to the client's standards and project constraints.
  • Tender Expertise: Provide specialized technical support during the tendering process, assisting engineering, construction, and purchasing teams in negotiating optimal technical and economic terms.
  • Cost Estimation and Design: Conduct capital expenditure estimation and create 3D wind farm designs.
  • Integrated Studies: Coordinate and validate key studies (collector system, reactive power compensation, foundation design, noise, etc.) with other technical support units to ensure seamless integration into the engineering project and minimize construction risks.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish relationships with key suppliers and providers across the value chain to incorporate efficient technical and economic solutions into project designs.
  • Consistent Application: Ensure adherence to common standards in studies and projects, adapting them to local regulations while minimizing deviations and maximizing investment efficiency. Identify inconsistencies in the client's standards and propose improvements.
  • Policy Implementation: Understand and apply company policies related to occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and quality assurance to ensure compliance in all tasks.

Qualifications
  • Engineering Degree 
  • 3+ years experience in design, redaction, revision of wind farm projects
  • Experience in managing engineering projects and dealing with different stakeholders
  • Civil / Electrical background
  • Software Used: AutoCAD, BIM, Civil 3D
  • English speaking
