About the Company We are a privately-owned company with a strong local presence in both Western and Eastern European markets. With over 35 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, we focus on solar PV, wind, hydro, and storage projects. We are actively developing a significant project pipeline and have key operational bases in two major European cities.

Role: Wind and Site Engineer As a Wind and Site Engineer, you will report directly to the Head of the Wind Department and engage in a variety of tasks including:

  • Supporting the development, implementation, and technical operation management of wind farm projects across our markets.
  • Performing and reviewing energy yield assessments, soil studies, and other required technical studies.
  • Assessing wind farm layouts and conceptual designs, and supervising the company-wide wind measurement program.
  • Participating actively in procurement processes including tendering, compiling Requests for Proposals, and negotiating contracts.
  • Traveling to project sites to provide onsite expertise during assessment and development phases.
  • Providing technical insights and cost estimations for financial simulations and supporting technical due diligences.

Requirements

  • A degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, ecological, or related field).
  • At least 5 years of experience in the wind energy sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, industry-specific software like WindPRO and WASP, and a basic understanding of CAD.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are beneficial.
