QGIS Analyst
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled QGIS Analyst to join our development team in Turin. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in geospatial analysis, supporting the identification, evaluation, and mapping of PV project sites. You will play a key role in providing actionable geospatial insights to guide project development and investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct geospatial analysis to support PV site selection for C&I and utility-scale projects.

Maintain and manage GIS databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency of spatial data.

Prepare maps, visualizations, and geospatial reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.

Analyze satellite imagery, land use data, and environmental constraints to support project feasibility assessments.

Collaborate with development, engineering, and permitting teams to provide geospatial insights.

Support workflow automation within QGIS to improve data processing efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements related to geospatial data.
Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in QGIS or other GIS software, ideally in renewable energy or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of geospatial data sources, satellite imagery, and spatial analysis techniques.

Experience with mapping tools, data visualization, and cartography best practices.

Familiarity with PV project development, land use planning, or environmental constraints is a plus.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
