Adrian specialises in the Solar sector helping us expand our presence in the Iberia and Latin American markets, whilst also having a strong presence in countries such as Italy, Germany, Hungary and Romania. He works closely with Independent Power Producers and EPC’s, and is able to help them acquire and manage the talent acquisition process. Adrian speaks 5 different languages enabling him to apply these skills to recruit candidates from entry level to highly qualified executives across a broad range of countries around the globe.

Robert Burn is a highly experienced Principal Consultant specialising in providing global project manpower solutions within the energy sector. With a particular focus on the Planning, Construction, Operation, and Maintenance areas, Robert excels at identifying and delivering the right talent for energy projects worldwide. His extensive knowledge of the industry enables him to understand the unique staffing requirements and challenges that arise during different project phases. With 20+ years' experience, he excels in building and funding fast-growing specialist international project solution companies in the renewables sector. Carl brings with him a wealth of financial planning experience and a strong background within acquisition and commercial strategy to Samuel Knight. 

Having worked in corporate finance for over 20 years, Carl began his career as a Chartered Accountant before moving on to work for several other global companies.

Jorel leads the SK Tech division, overseeing its growth and success. He plays a key role in business development across the EMEA and US regions, forging strategic partnerships and expanding the company's presence in the market.
