Melanie is a Senior Consultant supporting the EPC Solar division of Samuel Knight across the USA. Specialising in EPC, Melanie works closely with the rest of the team to support our existing clients staffing requirements, utilising her years of experience and network to support our clients.

Tom Johnston has been in recruitment over 5 and a half years, now transitioning into Renewables and will be partnering with Ben to help take another market in the US to all new levels.

Ben Harris has over 2 and a half years experience in recruitment and has had some great success building out a US Development division in Renewables. After some amazing solo success, he’s joined the team ready to make a massive impact.

With more than 15 years of experience - starting his career on the tools as a skilled technician - Mike Rice now leads the Project Operations Services division.
