Samuel Knight Energy & Infrastructure have partnered with a leading energy infrastructure developer to deliver a tailored Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution, supporting the rapid expansion of artificial intelligence (AI) and data center infrastructure across the United States.

This partnership comes at a pivotal time for the market, aligning with one of the industry’s largest AI and energy infrastructure initiatives focused on scaling next-generation digital infrastructure. Backed by significant long-term investment, the programme reflects the growing demand for large-scale, high-performance data center capacity across North America.

As part of this broader development, substantial investment is being deployed to accelerate the buildout of critical infrastructure required to support increasing AI compute demand, including the development of large-scale hyperscale data center campuses in Texas.

The client’s pipeline includes multiple large-scale data center campuses currently in development, with initial facilities expected to become operational from 2026.
