During the project briefing phase, our main focus is on understanding the roles and acquiring crucial information about the client's budget and desired duration for the job. Once we have a clear understanding of these key factors, we proceed to the pre-screening stage. Here, we carefully evaluate and assess potential candidates to ensure they meet the client's requirements and expectations.

Once the screening process is complete, we move forward by sending the selected CVs to the clients and coordinating interview schedules on their behalf. Our aim is to streamline the hiring process and provide convenience to both our clients and candidates. Additionally, we take pride in managing the payroll aspect of the project, as we have established partnerships with reliable payroll providers. This ensures that the financial aspect of the job is handled efficiently and accurately.

However, our commitment doesn't end with the completion of the hiring process. We believe in providing exceptional aftercare services to ensure the satisfaction of both the client and the candidate. We actively seek feedback from the client to ensure their expectations are met, and we also maintain communication with the candidate to ensure they are content with the project. Our ultimate goal is to foster a harmonious and successful professional relationship between all parties involved.

We start by conducting an initial client consultation to gain a deeper understanding of their processes and pain points. Based on this, we prepare and send a comprehensive proposal outlining our solutions. Our next step involves thoroughly qualifying the available roles and pre-screening candidates through a detailed 1-hour discussion. Once we have identified potential matches culturally and technically, we provide clients with CVs that include a full summary of the candidate.

To ensure smooth communication and progress, we schedule 30-minute weekly team calls with the client to gather feedback and discuss the candidates currently in process. Additionally, we take charge of booking interviews and assisting with the offer process, streamlining the tech recruitment journey for both the client and candidates.

Even after the candidate has started intheir new job, our involvement doesn't end. We continue to provide aftercare by reaching out to both the candidate and client to ensure a seamless transition and address any concerns. Our goal is to ensure that the candidate and client are satisfied with the outcome and their ongoing success.
