Objective
Support a major US electrical contractor in delivering its first-ever hyperscale data center project for Meta by assembling, mobilising, and managing a large team of certified data center electricians - ensuring quality, speed, and full compliance in a demanding mission-critical environment.
Scope
Provision of 70 certified electricians, all with prior data center construction experience and the ability to operate within Meta’s strict commissioning, safety, and quality-control frameworks.
Deployment included multi-state mobilisation, W2 onboarding, PPE supply, and ongoing workforce management throughout the full project lifecycle.
