Objective
Provide a high-calibre technical workforce to support the construction and commissioning of three 4,800 MW combined-cycle power plants in Egypt - each requiring specialist oversight for HRSG systems, high-energy piping, and schedule-critical installation phases.
Scope
Deployment of a full technical team across three project locations, covering:
- HRSG Installation & Commissioning Supervision
- Piping and High-Energy Piping (HEP) oversight
- QA/QC for piping and HRSG scopes
- Specialist SMEs for time-critical phases
Engagement delivered through a fully compliant contract model, with end-to-end management of workforce mobilisation, payroll, and in-country operations.
Strategy
