Objective 

Support three leading Independent Power Producers in strengthening their US based O&M teams by delivering high-quality, location-specific talent, including niche and hard-to-find “unicorn” profiles essential to site performance and operational reliability. 


Scope 

Permanent hires across multiple US locations, including office-based, regional, and site-specific roles. Searches ranged from lower-band specialist positions requiring rare skill sets to broader operational functions fundamental to the long-term performance of owned and operated assets. 


Strategy 

Working on contingent models across all three organisations, we built a collaborative, insight-driven partnership focused on transparency, speed, and precision. 


Given the niche nature of many O&M roles, we maintained continuous communication with hiring teams - sharing market realities, candidate availability, and search challenges to ensure full alignment.
