Support a key client across the Benelux region by reducing a significant backlog of fleet maintenance activities while strengthening internal teams with daily troubleshooting support - ensuring safe, timely, and organised delivery across multiple sites.
Scope
Deployment of three specialised technical teams across the Benelux region:
- One autonomous backlog-clearance team focused solely on reducing the accumulated workload.
- Two embedded support teams working alongside the client’s internal technicians on day-to-day troubleshooting activities.
Scope also included full logistical support, equipment provision, and project planning.
