Civil Supervisor
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee the construction and installation activities at our solar park project sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in civil engineering, proven experience in managing construction projects, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Position Details:
Education Requirements:
- BSc/MEng in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- MSc in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is considered an advantage.
- Solid understanding of civil engineering principles.
- Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in the construction of solar parks.
- Additional experience in the construction of solar parks is a strong advantage.
- Ability to interpret civil drawings is essential.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Intermediate proficiency in English
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Based at SPV Sites.
- Reports directly to the Construction Manager
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar modules, inverters, transformers, and cabling.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Supervise subcontractors, manage schedules, and coordinate with civil and mechanical teams.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare and submit progress reports for internal and client use.
- Verify and document the quality of civil materials and on-site installations.
- Enforce safety protocols and assist in mitigating risks associated with electrical works.
- Support testing, commissioning, and project handover, ensuring proper functionality of systems.
