Job Title: SGRE Commissioning Technician (CT) – Onshore UK
Locations: Whitelee (Scotland) & Multiple Sites Across Wales (including Ovenden Moor)
Start Dates: March & April
Duration: 6 Months+ (extensions likely)
Rotation: Monday–Friday (with occasional on-call weekends for Wales sites)

Samuel Knight is recruiting experienced Siemens Gamesa Service Technicians to support a major onshore portfolio across the UK.

Scope

  • Electrical and mechanical service of SGRE wind turbines

  • Completion of service documentation and reporting

  • Working in line with OEM and site HSE standards

  • Participation in on-call support where required 

Platforms

  • Siemens G2

  • Gamesa G5x

  • Gamesa G8x

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SGRE Commissioning Technician

  • Hands-on experience on G2 and/or G5x / G8x platforms

  • Strong servicing capability

  • Valid GWO (all modules)

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Right to work in the UK
  • SGTT
