A well-established general contractor is growing its data center business across Texas, with a strong pipeline of hyperscale and colocation work ahead. This is an opportunity for an MEP-led Project Manager to take ownership of MEP delivery on major builds, with the backing of a stable contractor and a real route to progression.

What you will be doing

• Leading the MEP side of data center projects, from preconstruction through to turnover
• Shaping the mechanical and electrical approach, including cost and constructability input
• Buying out and managing MEP trade packages
• Keeping submittals, procurement and long-lead equipment on track to protect the program
• Running budget, forecasting, change management and owner reporting
• Driving commissioning on power and cooling systems through to handover
• Working closely with the field team and developing the people around you

What you will bring

• Proven experience managing MEP scopes on data center or mission critical projects
• A strong mechanical and electrical background - this is essential
• Hands-on commissioning experience on power and cooling systems
• Solid cost control and CPM scheduling experience
• An engineering or construction management degree, or equivalent industry experience
• Willingness to travel within Texas on a rotation
