A well-established general contractor is growing its data center business across Texas, with a strong pipeline of hyperscale and colocation work ahead. This is an opportunity for an MEP Superintendent to run the MEP field operation on some of the most technically demanding builds in the state.

What you will be doing

• Running MEP installation across power, cooling, mechanical, plumbing, controls and fire systems
• Coordinating MEP trade partners, sequencing and manpower
• Owning the MEP look-ahead and keeping the field schedule on track
• Checking shop drawings and submittals before installation
• Leading equipment start-up and commissioning through to integrated systems testing and turnover
• Setting the standard for MEP quality and safety on site
• Acting as the field contact for the owner's team and leading a team of MEP coordinators

What you will bring

• MEP Superintendent experience on data center or mission critical builds
• Commissioning experience across electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong scheduling and trade coordination skills
• OSHA 30
• Willingness to travel within Texas on a rotation
