Position: Quality Manager
Location: Groningen, Netherlands
Nature of employment: Permanent
Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum (flexible depending on experience)

Our client are seeking a Quality Manager responsible for the development, implementation, and application of company and project-specific quality systems. This role will involve ensuring that all relevant documentation reflects our client's policies and standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure client satisfaction and liaise with clients on quality issues.
  • Raise the profile and understanding of quality on-site.
  • Provide quality advice and support to project teams in developing Quality Management Plans.
  • Conduct quality-related training for our client's employees.
  • Identify and mitigate quality site risks.
  • Fulfill any other reasonable requests from management.
  • Ensure that all behaviours and activities align with our client's values.

Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant subject.
  • Practitioner member of the CQI, working towards chartered status within 2 years.
  • Internal auditor certification.
  • Experience in process design.
  • Competence in training on quality subjects.
  • Lead Auditor (IRCA certified course) qualification.
  • Working knowledge of quality and quality techniques.
  • Working knowledge of contract law and commercial practice.
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills with a confident and resilient approach.
  • Ability to influence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Honest and reliable.
