Project Sales Manager – Hamburg or Munich (Hybrid Role)

Your role:

  • Lead deal teams for sales transactions involving onshore wind, PV, and battery storage projects across Europe, including both minority and majority stake sales.
  • Manage the full transaction process: creating teasers, conducting market soundings, overseeing due diligence, and driving deals to closure.
  • Collaborate closely with internal experts and external consultants to ensure thorough due diligence and smooth execution.
  • Handle commercial and contractual negotiations, applying strategic thinking and strong negotiation skills.
  • Conduct financial modeling of wind and solar parks to support informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Present transaction cases to senior management and supervisory boards, ensuring alignment and transparency at the highest level.

Your profile:

  • Degree in business administration or engineering; additional qualifications such as an MBA or CFA are a plus.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on transaction experience in wind, PV, and/or battery storage sectors.
  • Strong network within the European renewable energy landscape to actively drive project sales and seize new opportunities.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills for cash flow-based infrastructure investments.
  • Excellent communication, high self-motivation, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; German language is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
