CSNC Lead

CSNC Lead – Hyperscale Data Centers | Ohio | Relocation Available

An industry-leading owner/operator is seeking a CSNC Lead to support the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data center development in Ohio.

This role sits at the core of mission critical delivery, leading the coordination and execution of all critical systems that enable hyperscale operations. You’ll be directly involved in shaping and delivering advanced infrastructure supporting cloud computing, AI, and global digital expansion within a fast-paced, high-value construction program.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of Building Management Systems (BMS), EPMS, and controls infrastructure
• Oversee physical security systems including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection integration
• Manage structured cabling, fiber, switching, and network infrastructure delivery
• Coordinate compute environments and ensure white space readiness for commissioning and turnover
• Act as primary point of contact for all technology systems across design, construction, and commissioning phases

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years’ experience in data center construction or mission critical environments
• Strong knowledge of BMS/EPMS, controls systems, physical security platforms (e.g., Lenel, Genetec), and network infrastructure
• Experience coordinating structured cabling, IT/compute environments, and integrated systems delivery
• Proven ability to manage vendors and multidisciplinary project teams in fast-paced environments

Salary up to $115,000 plus bonus potential.
