Senior Project Manager – Hyperscale Data Centers | Relocation to Texas Required
An industry-leading owner/operator is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale hyperscale data center developments in Texas.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of some of the most advanced mission critical projects being built anywhere in the world, supporting multi-billion-dollar infrastructure programs at the forefront of cloud computing, AI, and digital expansion.
You’ll join a rapidly growing organization delivering fast-track hyperscale campuses with cutting-edge technology, aggressive build schedules, and long-term investment across the data center market.
Relocation to Texas is required. Full relocation assistance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale data center construction projects from preconstruction through turnover
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, field execution, and client coordination activities
• Drive site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Coordinate closely with design, MEP, commissioning, and construction teams throughout all project phases
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, progress reporting, and construction meetings across fast-track builds
Requirements
• Proven experience managing large-scale mission critical or hyperscale data center construction projects
• Previous experience working as a Superintendent within commercial, industrial, or mission critical construction
• Strong understanding of field operations, construction sequencing, and subcontractor management
• Experience with Procore, scheduling platforms, and construction management systems
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams within fast-paced, technically complex environments
Salary up to $190,000 plus bonus potential.
