Project Architect

An industry-leading owner/operator is seeking a Project Architect to support the delivery of large-scale hyperscale data center developments in Texas.

This is an opportunity to work on some of the most advanced mission critical facilities being built today, joining a company investing billions into next-generation digital infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in fast-track, technically complex projects that sit at the forefront of cloud computing, AI, and global connectivity.

Working alongside elite design, construction, and engineering teams, you’ll help shape landmark hyperscale campuses in one of the fastest growing sectors in the world.

Relocation to Texas is required. Full relocation assistance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead architectural coordination and technical delivery across hyperscale data center projects
• Develop and manage construction documentation, drawing packages, and design standards
• Coordinate closely with MEP, structural, civil, and construction teams throughout all project phases
• Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and construction progress to ensure quality and compliance
• Support BIM/Revit coordination, Procore workflows, constructability reviews, and fast-track project execution

Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Licensed Architect preferred
• Experience delivering large-scale complex projects within mission critical, industrial, aviation, healthcare, or advanced technology environments
• Strong knowledge of Revit, BIM coordination, construction administration processes, and Procore
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary coordination within fast-paced construction environments

Salary up to $200,000 plus bonus potential.
