Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale Hyperscale Data Center construction projects throughout Texas. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in mission-critical environments, and the ability to manage multiple contractors and vendors in fast-paced construction settings.

The ideal candidate has experience managing hyperscale data center projects, electrical and mechanical infrastructure, and complex construction programs while maintaining strict safety, quality, and schedule standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day management of assigned Hyperscale Data Center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout.
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, design teams, commissioning agents, and utility providers.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and progress reporting.
• Monitor project performance to ensure milestones, quality standards, and contractual obligations are achieved.
• Manage project risk, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate construction meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with Hyperscale standards, local building codes, OSHA regulations, and site safety requirements.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for constructability and coordination.
• Track procurement activities and long-lead equipment delivery schedules.
• Support commissioning activities and turnover documentation.
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting using project management software platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive schedule recovery plans and operational improvements when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large commercial construction.
• Experience working on hyperscale or enterprise data center projects strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, critical infrastructure, and commissioning processes.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to travel to project sites across Texas as required.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience supporting Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, or other hyperscale data center clients.
• Experience with fast-track construction schedules and multi-phase campus developments.
• Familiarity with LEED, sustainability initiatives, and energy-efficient infrastructure.
• Background in electrical, mechanical, or mission-critical systems construction.
