About the Role:
Our client in Texas is seeking a Change Manager to oversee contractual and commercial changes. This critical position ensures seamless change management, risk mitigation, and cost control in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change control and administration across the project supply chain.
- Ensure Earned Value Management (EVM) accurately reflects project changes.
- Maintain contract compliance, ensuring value recovery and risk mitigation.
- Act as a key liaison between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth approvals.
- Evaluate financial and schedule impacts related to project changes.
- Maintain clear documentation and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Drive process improvements for greater efficiency and compliance.
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Change Management for major infrastructure or data center projects.
- Strong background in contract administration and commercial change management.
- Expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) and project controls.
- Ability to thrive in high-paced, large-scale construction environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Primavera P6 or similar project planning tools (preferred).
