Position Summary
The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for organizing and delivering complex electrical construction assignments. This position connects project management, field operations, engineering, procurement, finance, and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Develop project execution plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements.

Coordinate electrical construction activities with field and project teams.

Track labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and long-lead purchases.

Review project documents and resolve technical or commercial issues.

Maintain cost reports, billing projections, and cost-to-complete forecasts.

Prepare and negotiate change requests.

Lead progress meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Manage project turnover, documentation, and financial closeout.
Qualifications
-
At least five years of project management experience with an electrical contractor.

Experience delivering large or technically complex construction projects.

Strong knowledge of electrical construction and power distribution.

Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Experience managing budgets, procurement, and project teams.
-
Construction Management or Engineering degree preferred.
