Electrical Superintendent
Samuel Knight Energy, a leading recruitment firm based in Dallas, is proud to partner with one of Florida's premier renewable energy and utility construction contractors. They are currently in the process of looking for a Solar Electrical Superintendent to travel across the Mid-Atlantic region, working on cutting-edge DG projects ranging from 4-40MWs in size.
Experience
Experience
- You should possess self-perform solar experience or contract management expertise, capable of handling the electrical aspects of small DG projects (5-10MW). The role involves managing foremen and overseeing a crew of 20-30 people.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive electrical insallation experience on PV systems. Our Superintendent should be someone who started as an electrician and then transitioned into a leadership role.
- OSHA and NFPA 70E certifications are preferred but not required; our client will provide training for these qualifications.
- Up to $125k base salary per annum (based upon experience)
- 15% annual bonus
