Senior Transmission Lines Project Engineer (m/f/d)
Victoria, Australia | Permanent | Clean Energy Infrastructure

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Transmission Lines Project Engineer to join our transmission team. If you're passionate about infrastructure, engineering excellence, and energy innovation, this is your chance to drive impact at a state level.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver technical support across greenfield and brownfield transmission line projects

  • Ensure efficient, cost-effective engineering outcomes that prioritise safety, maintainability and performance

  • Develop technical scopes and specifications for design and construction works

  • Review and assess line and tower designs including staging, constructability and operability

  • Provide detailed technical reviews using tools such as PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE and TOWER

  • Lead and support engineering input throughout tenders, RFIs, and detailed design reviews

  • Collaborate with internal engineering specialists and external design/delivery partners


What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to tick every box — but we’re after someone with:

  • Tertiary qualification in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering

  • Strong technical experience in electricity networks, particularly transmission lines

  • Deep understanding of engineering principles applied to design, construction, and lifecycle project delivery

  • Proficiency with industry-standard line design tools (PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, TOWER)

  • Ability to review complex designs with a focus on staging, safety, and performance
